Walking peril

A councillor nearly gets run over by a scooter and we get an immediate inquiry from the mayor. In Waitakere we have near-misses with cars every day as we are forced to use roads without footpaths because local tracks have been closed due to kauri dieback. Council don’t care about the health and safety risk. Can we get a councillor to walk our local roads so we can get an immediate inquiry too?
