A substantial industrial facility at 279 Kahikatea Drive and 19 Wickham Street in Frankton, Hamilton, has sold for $8.3m. The property comprises a 6918sq m warehouse on two freehold titles with a total site area of 2.44ha. The offmarket deal was brokered by Alan Pracy and Mark Brunton of Colliers International’s Hamilton office.
