An 11,130sq m industrial property at 50 Johnston Way in Whakatu, Napier, has sold by tender for $2,479,800, representing a yield of 10 per cent. The deal was brokered by Industrial Sales and Leasing Broker Rob Nankervis of Colliers Hawke’s Bay.
