There’s always a great vibe at the Alberton Market Day. Quaint stalls with oldfashioned goodies like home-made preserves, pickles and jams, as well as scrummy gourmet sausages and cured meats, deli products, boutique olive oil, nuts and nut butters, tea, kraut and kombucha, sweet treats and coffee. There are handcraft stalls, live music, children’s crafts and even some lambs visiting from Mt Albert Grammar farm. Tomorrow, 10am-2pm, Alberton 1863, 100 Mt Albert Rd, Mount Albert, Auckland. Market entry free, entry to house $8 adults, free for under 18s.
