PUSSY RIOT

It’s pretty exciting that probably the world’s most famous protest performance group, Pussy Riot, are coming to New Zealand for the Auckland Fringe Festival. The show is called Riot Days and is a live accompaniment to group member Maria Alyokhina’s memoir of the same name. The show merges punk, electronica, theatre, documentary footage and protest. We can’t say for sure but this could be your only opportunity to see a group of Russian feminist anarchists in New Zealand, so don’t miss out. February 22, doors open 8pm.
