TBWA\New Zealand has hired Saatchi & Saatchi Auckland’s executive creative director, Guy
Roberts to join the leadership team as their new executive creative director across TBWA and Eleven PR. Roberts is returning to his agency roots, having last worked at TBWA in 2010 followed by a stint at Droga5 then seven years at Saatchi & Saatchi Auckland. During his career Roberts has developed some of New Zealand’s favourite advertising including campaigns for Toyota, Tui Brewery’s Beer Plumber and Catch a Million, ASB’s Clever Kash and Adidas All Blacks.
Pead PR announces the appointment of Torben Akel as corporate account director, to work with clients including Precinct Properties, MADE Group, and New Zealand King Salmon. Torben’s appointment follows rapid growth in Pead PR’s portfolio of corporate clients, which now also includes The Blind Foundation, Huawei, Urban Partners, Sharesies and Kordia.
