Medical centre

The Manly medical centre, on a

589sq m site at 58 Rawhiti Rd, Whangapara­oa, sold for $2.9m at a

5.76 per cent yield by Dylan Turner and April Zhou, Bayleys Orewa. The 489sq m complex has an anchor tenancy to a GP practice and a smaller lease to a dentist.

Roada-front unit

A 397sq m road-front unit, in a new Kea Property industrial developmen­t Highgate Estate, Silverdale, sold off the plans for $1.535m by Matt Mimmack, Bayleys North Shore. It comprises 240sq m of warehousin­g and 157sq m of offices plus six-car parks.

Retail premises

A 114sq m retail premises in a 10-unit retail complex build in the early 2000s, at 597 Great South Rd, Manukau, Auckland, sold at auction for $1.15m at a 5.29 per cent yield by Oscar Kuang, James Chan and Amy Weng.

A 1.0ha lakefront site in Queenstown has sold to SkyCity for $16m. The sale of 633 Frankton R d, was brokered by Steve McIsaac and Barry Robertson of Colliers Internatio­nal Queenstown.

Town centre deal

A 582sq m site in the centre of Queenstown, at 31 Man St, sold for $2.53m. The deal was brokered by Barry Robertson and Steve McIsaac.

Office unit

A 656sq m office unit at 19 Edwin Street, Mt Eden, sold with vacant possession for $2.15m in a deal brokered by Jonathan Lynch and Hamish Paterson, of Colliers Internatio­nal.
