Owners Ana Maria Rivera and Jason Craig bought the house eight years ago and undertook a high-quality renovation.
“We’d come from a small home in London and having all this space plus the pool just felt amazing,” she says.
”But the layout was strange. We’ve changed things around and now it works perfectly.”
There are three large bedrooms on the main level, along with a substantial kitchen, dining and living room. The original kauri floorboards have been restored.

Because Ana Maria has family overseas, she and Jason and their children travel frequently so they’ve decided to find something smaller that they can lock up and leave.
“I hope it won’t be too far from here because it’s such a friendly neighbourhood, ” she says.
