Chance to develop large Waiheke block

A significan­t parcel of land on Waiheke Island is up for grabs.

The 182ha freehold block of almost entirely untouched farm land overlookin­g Awaawaroa Bay is being pitched as suitable for private use or developmen­t.

JLL and Luxury Real Estate are marketing 59 Waimangu Rd for sale by tender closing November 19, with an the indicative asking price of $8.1m plus GST.

The property incorporat­es a component of coastal flats where a homestead is located together with ancillary buildings, including accommodat­ion and various farm sheds.
