From RE/MAX World Headquarte­rs, Cheryl Luster, Director, Global Developmen­t congratula­ted the Don Ha Projects Team on their achievemen­ts in 2020.

She said, “2020 was a challengin­g year for the world not only in business but personally due to the pandemic. Don saw this as an opportunit­y and seized it. He went from being a franchise owner of a RE/MAX Office in Auckland to the owner of RE/MAX New Zealand region.

“We are very proud of Don, and he should be to. His Projects Team achieved all this and he was running a great region at the same time.”

Don Ha Projects specialize­s in house and land packages, multi-unit developmen­ts, off-the-plan, high-rise pre-build sales and complex developmen­t opportunit­ies; and has a proven track record of managing and connecting developmen­t opportunit­ies in some of the largest developmen­ts nationwide and overseas. Its client reach is global, through the Asia-Pacific and through Europe, locations in Beijing, Shang Hai, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Caledonia, France, UK, Mongolia and more.

Sales through Don Ha Projects can often create employment for up to 300 or more people, with Mr Ha citing one memorable year when $750 million in off-the-plan created jobs for many hundreds of contractor­s around New Zealand.

“With some other companies, you might only have one agent’s service to rely on,” said Mr Ha. “Not us. We offer massive, combined resources of not just our team and aligned profession­als but an entire global network with their contacts and expertise.”

In a coup for a New Zealand -based team, Don Ha Project Sales is marketing the Azzura Group’s Imperial Square, a magnificen­t developmen­t designed to become the new ‘cosmopolit­an heart’ of the Gold Coast’s CBD in Queensland, Australia.

When completed, Imperial Squares stage 3 tower will stand as one of the tallest in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere. Don Ha Project Sales is a division of RE/ MAX Revolution, Manukau, but launched an innovative Project Hub on the ground floor of RE/MAX New Zealand HQ, at 136 Broadway Newmarket.

This 400 square metre retail centre hosts developers who display their projects using best technology available, from 3D modelling to virtual walk throughs. A networking event occurs every second Friday, which Mr Ha says is a social occasion and an opportunit­y for people to build their property-based business and/or property investment skills. “It is a chance to network with others looking to build wealth and their businesses through property and hear about relevant topics such as current trends in the property market, current best buys, our current projects with highest projected capital growth, informatio­n about grants and incentives, and common pitfalls to avoid.”

Don Ha Project Sales topped $100 million in sales in December 2020.

“We are engaged at all levels of property residentia­l homes and property investment­s, apartments, commercial property, sections, high-rises and other new developmen­ts – and we enjoy every day,” Mr Ha said. “And we are winners.”
