From RE/MAX World Headquarters, Cheryl Luster, Director, Global Development congratulated the Don Ha Projects Team on their achievements in 2020.
She said, “2020 was a challenging year for the world not only in business but personally due to the pandemic. Don saw this as an opportunity and seized it. He went from being a franchise owner of a RE/MAX Office in Auckland to the owner of RE/MAX New Zealand region.
“We are very proud of Don, and he should be to. His Projects Team achieved all this and he was running a great region at the same time.”

In a coup for a New Zealand -based team, Don Ha Project Sales is marketing the Azzura Group’s Imperial Square, a magnificent development designed to become the new ‘cosmopolitan heart’ of the Gold Coast’s CBD in Queensland, Australia.
When completed, Imperial Squares stage 3 tower will stand as one of the tallest in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere. Don Ha Project Sales is a division of RE/ MAX Revolution, Manukau, but launched an innovative Project Hub on the ground floor of RE/MAX New Zealand HQ, at 136 Broadway Newmarket.
This 400 square metre retail centre hosts developers who display their projects using best technology available, from 3D modelling to virtual walk throughs. A networking event occurs every second Friday, which Mr Ha says is a social occasion and an opportunity for people to build their property-based business and/or property investment skills. “It is a chance to network with others looking to build wealth and their businesses through property and hear about relevant topics such as current trends in the property market, current best buys, our current projects with highest projected capital growth, information about grants and incentives, and common pitfalls to avoid.”
Don Ha Project Sales topped $100 million in sales in December 2020.
