Brought to the market by ABC Business Sales’ Steve Davey, it has both a caf and a tourist park with a campsite available for accommodation at Ohingaiti on SH1 in the central North Island about 80km north of Whanganui.

Operating since 1985, the large caf has plenty of seating both inside and outside surrounding farm animals including ponies, a donkey, pigs, llamas, goats, alpacas, and more. Open seven days a week, it serves light meals, cabinet food, with breakfast and dinner services also available to campers. There’s a playground, petting zoo and a maze to keep the kids entertained.
“It’s a very solid business with multiple revenue streams and a loyal following that’s in part thanks to their world-class range of custard squares,” says Davey.
