New boutique hotel opportunity in Tauranga

The hotel’s commercial-grade kitchen features long stainless steel bench tops and plenty of pantry storage should the operator wish to take advantage of the increased revenue opportunity in providing food and beverages.
No expense has been spared on the development of the CitySide Hotel, including the installation of state-of-the-art technology to minimise the operator’s staffing and time requirements, and to maximise the guest experience.
The reception area is multifunctional and features a master controller for all the air conditioner units, mood lighting and media entertainment systems.
The access control system utilises VingCard Signature RFID electronic door locks with guests having the option of card access, or using a Bluetooth enabled app on their phone for automatic self check-in and keyless hotel and room access.
