Recognising the undeniable potential to expand into international markets, the current owners are offering a 75% shareholding to an investor or, alternatively, a 100% outright sale of the business.
Knight is willing to stay on as a contractor in the event of a full sale.

As part of this sale, a new owner will acquire not only the prestigious Kiwi Spirit Distillery, but also 7.5 hectares of pristine land nestled in breathtaking Golden Bay. “The property boasts purpose-built buildings, including two modern apartments,” explains Allan. “A remarkable $4 million worth of inventory and products at their wholesale value are also included.”
