Lincoln Rd offices open for business

A highly visible office building in a sought-after West Auckland location is being presented to the market with vacant possession and will draw interest among tenants, owner-occupiers and investors.

“The North West shopping centre can be reached in approximat­ely 10 minutes from the subject property, while New Zealand’s first Costco opened in West Auckland in 2022 in a nod to the potential of this fastgrowin­g locality,” Cornish says.

“Further informatio­n from Infometric­s notes the average growth of business units in the Henderson Massey area during the past 10 years is 3.6 per cent, larger than the national figure of 2.3 per cent. Having the opportunit­y to secure a highly functional office building surrounded by such a complement­ary mix of amenities is something that is seldom seen in West Auckland.”
