Whanganui Midweek

Nourish your soul at Wonderfest day

-

Whanganui Girls College will be a buzz of stalls, people, talks and mini workshops running from 9am-5pm on Saturday, September 1, the day before Father’s Day for Nourish Your Soul day.

The day will gather local people together to promote health and well being in the community.

Some of the stalls on offer are iridology, Norwex, Body Balance, Carla’s Coaching, reflexology, heritage seeds, crystal light bed treatments, readings, beehives/biochar, herbal teas, intuitive art, crystals, books, Isagenix, reiki, Scentsy, mandalas, oracle cards and more.

The mini workshops and talks are a mixture of a clairvoyant demonstration, EFT (emotional freedom technique), Akashic Mining, what makes vision boards work, natural bee keeping, African drumming, four different sessions of yoga, everyday techniques to calm the mind and body, meditation and others.

Last year 400 people came through the door, which made it a very successful day.

Admission is a gold coin with the proceeds going to the Women’s Network as this is part of this year’s Winter Wonderfest.

Nourish Your Soul day is a non-profit event run by Natasha Spicer, Robin Williamson and Tracy Dillon to bring awareness of natural ways to help ourselves and others while promoting people working in the district.

The stalls have their services and products at a cost and all the talks and mini workshops are free.
