Teapots prove popular

-

Shall I be Mother? , an exhibition of 130 extraordinary teapots, has proved one of the most popular exhibitions staged at Rayner Brothers Gallery since its move to new premises at the 85 Glasgow Street Art Centre two years ago. More than 85 of the teapots has sold and a regular stream of interested visitors came through the exhibition during its fourweek run. The show finishes this Friday at 3pm as the sold teapots will head off to their new owners on Saturday.

“Though many of the pieces are spoken for now, there are still a number of weird and wonderful teapots available,” says gallery co-owner Mark Rayner. “For any visitors coming through this Friday we will be discounting any unsold teapots further.” Rayner Brothers Gallery opens Wednesday to Saturday 11am-3pm.
