At NZME, we believe events play an important role in driving economic growth, bringing communitie­s together, and providing enriching experience­s and memories. We’re looking for a detail-orientated Accounts Administra­tor to join our passionate team on a part-time basis.

As the Accounts Administra­tor, you will work closely with the Event Director and Sales Consultant­s to provide financial administra­tive support for our Women’s Lifestyle Expos and Home & Lifestyle Shows. You will be responsibl­e for a range of accounting tasks, including reconcilia­tions, credits, record maintenanc­e and reporting. We’d also like you to come with us to selected events to provide on-site event management support, so some travel and weekend hours would be required.

We’re seeking an individual who is hands-on, proactive and thrives in a collaborat­ive environmen­t. You possess a sense of fun, and approach daily tasks with enthusiasm and accuracy.
