Seedlip is the world’s first non­al­co­holic dis­tilled spirit. Blended and bot­tled in Eng­land, Seedlip boasts zero calo­ries, is sugar-free, sweet­ener-free and ar­ti­fi­cial flavour-free. We have a recipe to get you in the Christ­mas spirit — mi­nus the al­co­hol.


■ 50ml Seedlip Gar­den 108

■ 35ml Wa­ter­melon and Basil Shrub (see be­low)

■ 1 Tbsp egg white or aquafaba

■ Ice cubes Gar­nish:

■ Basil leaf Add all in­gre­di­ents with NO ice to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Dou­ble strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Gar­nish with a basil leaf.


■ 1⁄2 wa­ter­melon

■ Hand­ful of basil

■ 200ml or­ganic ap­ple cider vine­gar

■ 200gm sugar Chop up wa­ter­melon flesh and add to a large ma­son jar with the basil leaves and mud­dle.

Add the vine­gar and sugar and then shake. Leave for 24 hours. Fine strain and bot­tle. Keeps in fridge for a month.
