ANGE’S REVENGE

Brad’s ex faces her worst fear

-

There’s been one constant fixture on the red carpet over the past two weeks, with Angelina Jolie pulling out all the stops to look simply stunning at every occasion.

But unlike her Hollywood peers promoting their latest films, we hear her flawless show-off is purely for Brad and Jennifer's benefit.

“Ange is one green-eyed woman right now and can't stand the thought of Brad spending time with Jen, and she's seething even thinking about it,” explains the source.

“Jen was always the one woman she feared most when she was married to Brad and was always petrified she'd rear her head again.”

During their 11-year relationship, we're told that Jennifer's name was banned from the Jolie-Pitt household, with Angelina flying into a rage if Brad's ex-wife was talked about. “Ange never even wanted her name mentioned while she was married to Brad and if she ever even saw a glimpse of her name, she'd squirm and spit venom,” says the insider.

“She insisted that Jen ruined her reputation as she was convinced her team was planting damaging stories and trying to destroy her career.”

Now, however, with a romantic reunion on the cards between Brad and Jennifer, the Salt actress' biggest fears could be realised.

“The very thought of Jen playing ‘stepmom' to the kids if the relationship develops makes her toes curl. She says it's her worst nightmare, which she can't and won't let happen,” adds the source.

Instead, the UN ambassador is hoping to prove that her ex got back with Jennifer before they had officially broken up in 2016.

A source reveals, “Ange is convinced that proving they were talking before the split and uncovering their romance will give her more

ammunition in her divorce fight and custody battle. She hopes it will help her get full custody of the kids by exposing g Brad’s ‘irresponsible’ behaviour to the judges and his pattern of going from one woman to the next, which will only disturb the children.”

Sounds like the war is about to get even messier ...
