Nicole’s baby miracle at 51
The actress can’ t hide her excitement
Walking the red carpet at the premiere of her new movie BoyErased, Nicole Kidman set tongues wagging with what might be the first signs of a baby bump under her glittering purple Markus Lupfer gown.
“There have been whispers for a while now that Nicole wants to have more children,” a family insider tells Woman’s
Day. “She’s been wearing a lot of baggy dresses and covering her stomach, but her latest outfit was a bit more revealing. It got people wondering if she could be pregnant. Nicole loves being a mum and would be over the moon if she’s expecting another child.”
The actress, 51, already has two daughters, Faith, seven, and Sunday, 10, with her husband Keith Urban, and is also mother to adopted kids Isabella, 25, and Connor, 23, from her marriage to Tom Cruise.
But Nicole has made no secret of her desire to have more kids. “I wish I’d had more children,” she admitted last
year. “I would have liked probably two or three more. I love raising children. They make me feel good and I love being around them.”
Our insider claims Nicole and Keith, also 51, recently made the decision while in couples counselling to try IVF, adding, “They have a lot of love to give and it looks like it was meant to be. Her friends think she’s just waiting for the right time to make a public announcement.”
Meanwhile, the star couple’s youngest daughters appear to be following in their family’s famous footsteps by going into showbiz, with Nicole recently revealing to Ellen DeGeneres that they have roles as extras in the upcoming second season of BigLittleLies.
Our insider tells, “This was a great way for Nicole to give Faith and Sunday an insight into her working life, and they loved every second of it. Nicole is an amazing mother and would d do anything for her kids. It goes without saying that having more children
wouldn’t change the bond she has with her daughters.”
As well as BigLittleLies, Nicole appears in highly anticipated movies Aquaman and TheGoldfinch, and she’s adapting Lies author Liane Moriarty’s latest novel, Nine
Perfect Strangers. The insider adds, “Right now, everything Nicole touches turns to gold. But Keith and the kids will always come first, and another baby would just make life even sweeter. It would be the cherry on top of an amazing year for her.”
