Salted Chocolate Bark

225g dark chocolate (70% cacao or more) 1 cup trail mix 1 / cup dried and toasted coconut chips 4 1 / teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

1. Melt chocolate until smooth. 2. Pour melted chocolate evenly onto a baking pan lined with baking paper to your desired consistenc­y.

3. Scatter trail mix and coconut chips over chocolate evenly, pressing just slightly so the mix sticks. Sprinkle with sea salt.

4. Put chocolate in the fridge and let set for at least 90 minutes.

5. Break chocolate bark into pieces and store in a covered container in a cool place.
