Salted Choco­late Bark

225g dark choco­late (70% ca­cao or more) 1 cup trail mix 1 / cup dried and toasted co­conut chips 4 1 / tea­spoon Hi­malayan sea salt

1. Melt choco­late un­til smooth. 2. Pour melted choco­late evenly onto a bak­ing pan lined with bak­ing paper to your de­sired con­sis­tency.

3. Scat­ter trail mix and co­conut chips over choco­late evenly, press­ing just slightly so the mix sticks. Sprin­kle with sea salt.

4. Put choco­late in the fridge and let set for at least 90 min­utes.

5. Break choco­late bark into pieces and store in a cov­ered con­tainer in a cool place.
