The Christ­mas count­down is on, which of­ten means an over­load of sugar, spice and all things nice! While it’s fine to treat our­selves on spe­cial oc­ca­sions, there are plenty of healthy and de­li­cious al­ter­na­tives if you’re keen to stay on track through the fes­tive sea­son. There’s noth­ing I love more than hav­ing friends over for a de­li­cious salad, served up with some­thing yummy on the bar­be­cue, then washed down with a re­fresh­ing mock­tail. Here are some of my favourite sum­mer recipes.
