Local heroes

It was a sad read on TV builder John “Cocksy” Cocks ( WD, Nov 26). What an inspiring man he is, with amazingly high spirits – a truly remarkable New Zealand icon. And I loved the bumper Christmas issue ( WD, Dec 3) full of gift ideas, festive feasts and fabulous fashion for the big day. Congratulations to beautiful Hayley Holt on being the TV Personality of the Year – so well deserved! Stephanie, Tauranga
