If you’re breast­feed­ing, in­creas­ing your in­take of cal­cium-rich foods will help your baby’s bone and teeth de­velop. Aim to eat a pot­tle of unsweet­ened nat­u­ral yo­ghurt ev­ery day and drink a glass of milk for op­ti­mum re­sults. Non-dairy al­ter­na­tives are also great. Try to in­clude rice milk, al­monds, salmon and broc­coli.
