Woman’s Day (New Zealand)

CAROLE

-

Showing off her tanned and toned legs in a skimpy pair of denim shorts on the beach at St Barts recently, Carole looked decades younger than her 63 years. And our source says the former air hostess is delighted with her slender frame, which she’s worked hard to maintain.

“Carole sticks to a very clean diet and makes all her meals from scratch,” tells our source. “She has a strict rule of only eating out once a week as she believes that’s where all the hidden calories lie and how the weight tends to pile on.

“She’s very into juicing and starts off every day with a green juice, and she has six small meals throughout the day, which are always protein-rich to keep her full. She has a cut-off point of 8pm and won’t eat a morsel after that.”

Carole also goes for long walks daily, and is a huge fan of Pilates and yoga. Adds the source, “She’s incredibly active, which she credits for keeping her youthful. She is nonot a fan of sitting

still stil for long.”
