PIPPA

-

Fitness fanatic Pippa is back to her pre-baby body just 11 weeks after giving birth to her first child Arthur. And she puts it down to the fact she continued exercising throughout her pregnancy, getting up at 4.30am most days for a gruelling workout.

Our insider says she and Irish reality star Vogue – who is married to Pippa’s brother-in-law Spencer Matthews – have bonded over their love of fitness. “They’ve become workout buddies and it’s incredibly motivating to have someone else to exercise alongside,” tells the source. “They get together when their babies are sleeping, even heading to the gym in the evenings for late-night sessions.”

Pippa, 35, has even been following Vogue’s post-baby food plan, starting the day on porridge and almond butter with a banana, followed by salad for lunch and chicken stir-fry for dinner, with one cheat day a week.

“Pippa loves cooking, so she’ll often head into the kitchen on a Sunday and make enough food for the entire week. She likes to ensure that even when she’s exhausted from being up in the night with Arthur, there will always be something nutritious to eat, rather than reaching for unhealthy snacks or junk food.”
