Charlize and Brad’s sizzling dates
When Brad Pitt was reported to be enjoying secret dates with Charlize Theron late last year, hopes were high for a hot new celebrity super-couple. However, it seemed the timing wasn’t right … until now!
Witnesses report that the two Hollywood heavyweights were “all over one another” at a recent screening of his production company Plan B’s new film If Be ale Street Could Talk, sparking rumours their romance has reignited.
“Charlize and Brad have known each other for years, and have secretly dated in the past for a couple of months, but it was a case of them both being in bad places, so it didn’t work out,” an insider reveals.
“When they saw each other at the screening, the chemistry was electric and Charlize’s feelings came flooding back ‘hard and fast’, as she described it. They were immediately drawn to one another and were locked deep in conversation well into the night.”
Brad, 55, and Charlize, 43, were reportedly seen sharing a drink in a dark corner, with the World War Z actor’s arm around the Atomic Blonde star’s back, while she affectionately stroked his hand and they both laughed heartily.
“They looked like a couple and had electric chemistry,” our insider reports. “Charlize said they share a deep bond over adopting children from different cultures.”
The South African-born stunner – a solo mother to Jackson, seven, and August, three – is said to have expressed her sympathy over Brad’s s nasty custody battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie, 43, who for so long blocked him from seeing their six kids, Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins s Knox and Vivienne.
“Charlize said she couldn’t imagine being torn away from her children like he has,” tells the insider, adding that the actress is open to giving things another go with Brad because she can see her kids adoring the star.
“That’s one of the most important things to her when looking for a partner. While she knows Brad comes with baggage, she’s prepared to ride the storm if he proves to be the man who can provide both her and her kids with unconditional love and support.”
Late last year, it was reported Brad and Charlize had been meeting up at luxury hotel suites around the globe for secret hookups, where they spent hours talking about art, architecture and their kids.
However, the actor was keen to keep these meetings under wraps in case Angelina used them against him in their bitter custody war. “It’s not easy, though,” a source said at the time. “He’s smitten and wants the world to hear about it.”
