Some of these projects are more challenging than others – you will need to be there to supervise and lend a hand, if necessary. If you want to start small, how about encouraging the kids to use their imaginations? Oldschool scrapbooks to plan and draw, and playing with Lego are great ways to get young imaginations fired up. And if you’re short on space or digging a vege garden just isn’t that practical, how about growing seedlings or learning about what’s in season throughout the year?
