P People magazine in 2004, Jude admitted, “I didn’t become famous until I took my clothes off.” More recently, he confessed of his body, “I feel more and more at ease because I think the older I get, the less pressure there is.”

But how does he keep his peak physique? The fatherof-five, who is engaged to psychologist Phillipa Coan, 32 , works out with a trainer six days a week at his home gym, doing boxing and martial arts.
