LORI JUST LAUGHS IT OFF

-

While Felicity may be burying her head in shame, the same can’t be said for Lori Loughlin, the other major celebrity involved in the cheating scandal.

The FullHouse star and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have also been arrested and charged after allegedly paying more than $1 million to get daughters Isabella, 20, and Olivia, 19, into the University of Southern California on a rowing scholarship, despite the fact they can’t row.

Lori has since been fired from her role on Fuller

House and her regular gig with the Hallmark channel, and her daughters have both dropped out of uni in the wake of the drama. And to make matters worse, she and Mossimo have also now been charged with money laundering.

But the actress, who was yet to enter a plea as we went to press, appeared unfazed by the seriousness of the situation when she appeared in court, smiling at fans wearing masks of her FullHouse character Aunt Becky and even signing autographs.

Unlike Felicity, who appears full of regret, Lori has been going about her daily business, including attending yoga classes. However, while the 54-year-old is acting like the prospect of up to 40 years behind bars is not getting to her, those close to the star say it’s a different story behind closed doors.

“It seems like Lori is keeping it together the only way she knows how – she’s putting on a brave face and has been carefully considering her options,” claims an insider. “But everyone who knows Lori knows how much this kind of thing would affect her. As much as she is doing what she can to keep smiling, she’s secretly breaking down. Lori has got to feel like she’s lost everything and she has no idea how, or if, she can bounce back from this.”
