Brad and Jen’s secret weekend getaway

With sunset views of the Pacific Ocean that seem to stretch forever, and nothing but lush native vegetation and a private, security-patrolled beach on their doorstep, it’s no wonder Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are believed to be hiding out in an ocean villa in California as they take their renewed relationship to the next level.
Sources claim the amicable exes are making a serious go of reconnecting romantically, after a rollercoaster few years stemming from Brad’s 2016 split from Angelina Jolie – the woman who originally stole Brad from his then-wife Jen. Right now his main priority while Angelina is busy with filming commitments is spending the summer with his five youngest children – Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox – he’s also making time for Jen. “They always secretly stayed in touch, but as soon as Angelina was off the scene, Brad and Jen slowly became friends again,” tells a source. “But this year, year things have changed. Ever since Brad made the grand gesture of appearing at Jen’s 50th birthday bash in February, they’ve been meeting up on the sly.”
What started as clandestine hook-ups all over Los Angeles has quickly developed into something far more serious. Showing just how much they wanted to guard their privacy, in March, eyewitnesses reported spying Brad in his Tesla, idling for 20 minutes in a church car park across from the Sony Pictures lot, only to zip inside the studios at the same time Jen was whisked through the gates!
“They wanted to go on dates like a normal couple, which is pretty much impossible in Hollywood when you’re the most recognisable people in the world,” says our insider. “They also found it strange to hang out in each other’s houses, given they’re both ‘haunted’ by their exes Angelina and Justin Theroux.”
So, it seems, Brad, 55, offered up the perfect solution – to sneak off to his beach house
in Goleta, near Santa Barbara, arbara, just 90 minutes north of LA. And while they haven’t ven’t exactly picked up from where e their first marriage left off, Brad’s d’s found solace with Jen after a trying few years that have seen him separated from his six kids, tackle kle his alcohol addiction and endure a messy and brutal divorce.
“Unwinding with Jen at the end of a long day has become his favourite thing to do,” spills the insider. “He’s making the most of their private little beach bubble because they both know that sooner rather than later, they’ll have to go public with their recoupling.”
While Jen keeps her cards close to her chest, it’s clear to see from the renewed spring in Brad’s step that he’s in the best place he’s been in years. Let’s hope they’re more than just Friends!
