Bennifer’s BIG BABY SURPRISE!
They shocked the world when they rekindled their romance earlier this year and they’ve been practically inseparable ever since. Now Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are ready to take their relationship to the next stage by adding another member to their blended family.
“Even when they were first together in the 2000s, Ben and Jen always talked about having a huge family together,” an insider tells Woman’s Day. “It would be the ultimate experience to have a child they can raise together.”
Jennifer, 52, shares 13-yearold twins Emme and Max with Marc Anthony, while Ben, 49, and Jennifer Garner co-parent daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 12, plus son Samuel, nine.
At the end of November, Ben, Jen and several of their kids were spotted at a charity food drive, showing the children have seemingly accepted their parents’ rekindled relationship.
“Now it’s about finding the right person to carry their baby,” our insider says, adding that the All I Have singer has reached out to her famous pals for advice.
“Jennifer is quite close with Kim Kardashian and Sarah Jessica Parker, who have both had children via surrogates and are happy to help them navigate the process,” the insider reports.
“Make no mistake, Jen and Ben will be together forever – they never stopped loving each other. The only thing that would make this happy picture complete is the child they’ve always longed for. They’ll stop at nothing to achieve it.”
In fact, Ben recently made a very public declaration of love and hinted that a Christmas proposal might be on the cards.
“The most important thing is being a good father,” the actor told The Wall Street Journal. “The second most important thing is to be a good man and a good person – and, ostensibly, a good husband... hopefully.”
Even better, their kids are behind the plan to expand the blended family.
“J.Lo’s children and Ben’s kids already consider each other siblings – their integration into each other’s lives couldn’t have gone better,” our source reveals.
“Some of Jen’s friends think she’s mad, wanting to become a mum again in her fifties, but she’s never felt better and is absolutely beside herself over the fact she can finally see her dream of a baby with Ben come true. They are feeling very blessed.”
