Shane Warne’s kids have revealed how their late father’s close friend Robbie Williams has helped with their healing after his tragic death.
After attending his Melbourne concert last week, Brooke, 24, and Jackson, 22, took to social media to gush about the British pop star, 48, who led the crowd in a “Warnie” chant and later invited the kids backstage, where they reminisced about Shane, who suddenly passed away after a heart attack in March.
“One of the most incredible nights ever,” Brooke wrote alongside an image of her backstage with the star.
“Thank you, Robbie, for the most touching tribute to our dad. He’s one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. A night we will never forget.”
Jackson echoed his sister’s sentiments, describing the moment Rod Laver Arena honoured his father mid-show as a “memory I will cherish forever”.
