Grammy winner John Legend and his wife, model Chrissy Teigen, are bidding farewell to not one, but two adjoining New York properties. Located in lower Manhattan, the couple had originally planned on combining the units, but have now listed them together with an asking price of $25 million.

e apartments sit within Brewster Carriage House, a historic 150-year-old building, and together comprise of six bedrooms and six bathrooms spanning over 566 square metres on the fth and sixth level of the block.

“We’ve realised that because of work and everything, we’re really mostly going to be in Los Angeles,” John recently told e Wall Street Journal. “So we’re going to focus our home-building energy and renovation energy on what we’re doing in LA.”
