After writing for Taika Waititi’s Our Flag Means Death and Inside Amy Schumer, Kiwi talent Simone Nathan has jumped in front of the camera for an autobiographical series that sees her starring as a young Jewish New Zealander who’s under pressure to settle down with a nice Jewish man. Things get tricky when she falls pregnant to her very non-Jewish boyfriend, played by Simone’s real-life boyfriend, comedian Paul Williams!
