HAYLEY’S PURE JOY
HAYLEY WESTENRA is going to be a mum! The Christchurch-born soprano and her partner Travis McIntosh have confirmed they are expecting their first child in October.
“It’s a beautiful new chapter for the two of us and we can’t wait to meet our little one,” an excited Hayley, 35, told Woman’s Day after posting a gorgeous pic of her cradling her baby bump on Instagram.
She and Travis, 40, a key account manager for a Danish manufacturing company, fell in love last year and are currently busy getting their Auckland home ready for the new arrival.
“We’re both really grateful and excited to be on this adventure together,” adds Travis.
Having shot to global stardom in 2003, when her first album Pure shot to the top of international charts, Hayley should have no trouble singing her precious bub to sleep – she was picked to record a lullaby for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s first child, Prince George, back in 2013.
