HERE COME THE INTRUDERS!

TAYLA WINTER 27, NURSE, HOBART

Tayla has always dated “footy guys”, but it hasn’t worked out for her, so she wants the help of the relationship experts in breaking her unhealthy patterns. Single for the past year, Tayla is looking for a man who’s ready to start a family so she can be a young mum like her friends. However, she admits she can be high-maintenance. Tayla caused controversy even before entering the show when she called fellow bride Lyndall Grace, 27, a “bully”. We’re told her time on the show is going to be just as spicy!

EVELYN ELLIS 26, MANAGER & MODEL, SYDNEY

Evelyn is no stranger to reality TV. In 2016, the Chinese-Australian beauty went on Big Brother UK, where she won fans for her no-BS attitude and kissed another female housemate. But she was heartbroken when her boyfriend applied for a dating show while they were together, which led to a bad break-up. Lately, she’s been preferring to hang out with her dachshunds Pickles and Mustard rather than go on dates, but Evelyn reckons she’s now ready for real romance and wants to start a family.

HUGO ARMSTRONG 32, IT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, SYDNEY

Despite calling himself a “hopeless romantic”, Hugo has extremely high standards when it comes to women – he even gets specific when it comes to their dress size – and while he may get away with a lot within his group of mates, we’re hearing his antics don’t go down too smoothly on the experiment. Yep, we smell a new MAFS villain! Hugo says when he finds “the one”, he falls hard and confesses he’s been in love four times, but he admits he needs to put in more work when it comes to relationships.

RUPERT BUGDEN 27, ELECTRICIAN, BRISBANE

Just when we thought the experiment had exhausted Australia of all “larrikin tradies”, here comes beer-loving Rupert! Nicknamed “The Cattledog” by his friends because he’ll walk up to anyone to have a chat at the pub, he’s ready to prove he’s more than a ladies’ man. However, Rupert, who has been single for the past six months, says he won’t pursue a connection unless he feels that initial spark and he’s had trouble making relationships last – if a woman does something that puts him off, he’s gone!
