EUGENIE BANS MEGHAN FROM BABY!

Uh-oh! The Princess of York has put her foot down after welcoming her second son

-

Princess Eugenie and her proud husband Jack Brooksbank are “over the moon” with the 30 May arrival of their second baby boy, Ernest George Ronnie, a brother for two-year-old August.

“Jack and I wanted to share the news that we had our little boy,” Eugenie announced on Instagram last week. “He is named after his greatgreat-great grandfather George, his grandpa George and my grandpa Ronald. Augie is loving being a big brother already.”

FAMILY COMES FIRST

Friends of the elated couple say the adorable new addition to the British royal family has made the pair even more protective of their growing clan, which spells bad news for Eugenie’s cooling friendship with her cousin Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

“Eugenie hasn’t outright banned Harry and Meghan from seeing baby Ernest – that’s not how the royals do it,” explains an insider, “but she didn’t extend an invitation for Harry to see the new little one while he was in London for the court case, nor does she have any plans to do so in future. It’s the equivalent of modernday ghosting.”

The insider adds that Eugenie, 33, is trying really hard to remove herself from all the family feuds, including the drama surrounding her disgraced father Prince Andrew and the Sussexes, especially Meghan, 41.

SUSSEX SNUB

“Eugenie’s tired of having to deal with Meghan’s games,” the source adds. “It’s why she didn’t respond right away to Meghan’s text message congratulating her on Ernest’s arrival. Previously, out of respect for Harry, she’d reply almost immediately. Not any more. Regardless of whether or not Meghan gets it, Harry will certainly know they’re no longer on Eugenie’s priority list.”

Now with two young ones at home to look after, Eugenie just wants to focus on her own family.

“It’s been distracting acting as some kind of unofficial go-between for the royals and Harry for the past three years,” says the insider. “Eugenie will always love Harry, but it’s the package deal that’s the problem. She’s starting to feel sorry for him, yet she knows she’s done more than enough and it’s time to step away.”
