SHOCK CHEATING CLAIMS

Jack makes some explosive allegations

-

He’s been at the centre of most of the MAFS drama this season, but Jack insists his co-stars are the ones behaving badly, saying, “I’ve never met bigger hypocrites in my life.”

Certainly, the feud between him and some of the other couples only intensifies in this week’s episodes, when the participants fly to Byron Bay for “Retreat Week”, where rumours circulate that Jack has been flirting with Colombian-born bride Sara Mesa, which he denies.

He then makes a bodyshaming quip that hits one of the grooms hard and comes out swinging at a fiery dinner party, which sees one of his enemies exposed as a potential cheat, although Jack insists there are actually two MAFS brides being unfaithful.

“Apparently, Sara’s been sleeping with her ex-partner of five years while she’s in a relationship leading right up to the show,” he claims. “Every single time she’s out late with the girls and cancelling dates with Tim [Calwell, her husband], where do you think she is? Meeting up with her ex!”

But Sydney nutritionist Sara, 29, insists, “It looks worse than it is. There was no actual cheating. My ex and I are still very good friends, but it was a bit of emotional cheating because I didn’t tell Tim he was there on a night out.”

Jack’s second bombshell is that another bride had a fling with a man in Bali only days before her MAFS wedding. He spills, “After filming, she ends up going back to this guy, which all comes out at the reunion episode, and he rejects her. This is a woman who hated me from dinner party number one because I had a 12-week relationship I ended seven weeks before meeting Tori. Meanwhile, she’s having a fling with a guy in Bali a week before she marries!”

As for the body-shaming, Jack denies Timothy’s claim he targeted fellow groom Tristan Black, 30, calling him a “whale”.

Jack explains, “I walked into the pool and said, ‘The whales are out,’ meaning me, Lauren and Jade [Pywell]. It was a selfdeprecating joke and the girls laughed their arses off.

They clearly aren’t whales – they looked amazing. Now Timothy, my arch-nemesis, brings the moment to light, knowing it would trigger Tristan. I was disgusted. I said, ‘Timothy, I would never say that to anyone who wouldn’t find it funny.’”

The Jack pile-on continues when the other brides beg Tori to open her eyes to his behaviour, but she stands by her man.

Claiming the brides were just being “mean girls”, Jack says, “Tori knew what they were doing. They were attacking the ‘villain’ to get airtime. Lauren and Sara were more invested in creating drama than in their own husbands.”

Married At First Sight Australia screens 7pm Sunday to Wednesday on Three.
