Ekomaru Elsie Chinaza, the marketing manager of Full Moon Hotels, Owerri, predicts that with the gradual return of business activities in Owerri, the hotel and hospitality sector will start to flourish again after two ugly challenging incidents , the COVID-19 pandemic and the insecurity that paralised the sector in the state.
She said that light has slowly began to glitter over the hospitality and hotel sector and with that ttention would be focused more on hotels with international standards and repute like the Full Moon Hotels and others that have a class, offering quality services, many which are located in the New Owerri axis like Full Moon Hotels, she said .
Owerri she said, is a centre of tourism in the South East region that flows with activities which include night businesses , and with the gradual return of business in Owerri , the Imo state capital “night life style will fully be witnessed” , and every activity will come to flourish as they used to be in the state .
