Ntisa, a Nigerian endto- end e- Commernce solution provider has launched a mobile app (ntisa.com.ng) to help small and medium scale enterprises (SMES) optimise their sales, manage inventories and track delivery realtime.

Ntisa equally allows SMES maintain a 360-degree view of all customer orders and payments within the platform without using a banking app, thereby simplifying retail operations by using common commerce features like campaign, promotions and loyalty management.

Ifeanyi Amah, founder and chief strategist, Ntisa, said the mobile app does not require any expensive hard ware, hence it is operational on any smart device (laptop or mobile phone) and work both online and offline.

According to Amah, SMES can easily manage and create products, manage inventories and avoid stockout on the Ntisa mobile app offline without access to the internet, while the app self-update whenever the system is connected to the internet.

Other features of the app according to Amah include a Point of Sales (POS) that allows SMES to manage consistent retail processes across any channel either retail stores/walk-in, web stores or mobile app.

The e-commerce mobile app also allows seamless digital migration for SMES with the opportunity to publish their company and products on the Ntisa e-commerce mobile app.

Speaking further on the mobile app, Amah said Ntisa provides customisable integrations for SMES allowing personalised brand name, logo and colour. “... retail analytics provided by Ntisa will help SMES gain valuable customer and store performance insights,” he stated.

The mobile app that is built on cloud solution was test drive in February and fully commercial in May, ensures every transaction on the platform is encrypted end-toend for security purposes.

Currently, Ntisa provides a 30 day free trial for SMES. Subsequently, business owners on the platform will pay a N2000 per month subscription fee for every bike registered on the app while those into confectioneries and the likes will pay a subscription fee of N6500 per month.
