Nigeria–south Africa Chamber of Commerce holds breakfast forum today

The Nigeria – South africa Chamber of Commerce (NSACC) will hold its November 2022 Webinar Breakfast Forum on Thursday, November 17, 2022. The forum on ZOOM, sponsored by Giwa –Osagie & Co is scheduled from 10am12noon. adeniyi adebayo, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment will be the Speaker for this month’s Webinar edition.

Osayaba Giwa-osagie (SAN), Chairman, Nigeria South africa Chamber of Commerce will give opening remarks and ajibola Olomola, Vice-chairman, Nigeria South africa Chamber of Commerce will be the moderator of the November 2022 Webinar.

Other panellists are Wole Obayomi, Head of Tax, KPMG africa and Director, KPMG West africa; Oluwatoyin F. Sanni, executive Vice-chair, emerging africa Group and Chair, Women in Finance Nigeria will share insights on the topical issue: “Current realities Of Nigeria’s Business environmen­t and Prospect For The

Future”, in our ever evolving Society.

The executive Secretary, Iyke ejimofor, stated that the event is for all interested parties. He added that the chairman of the Chamber, Mr. Osayaba Giwa-osagie and other executive Directors are expected to attend the forum. He further noted that as in previous times, this edition will be educative and insightful.

Since the inaugurati­on of the Nigeria-south africa Chamber of Commerce in the year 2000, the bilateral relations between both countries have grown tremendous­ly. The Chamber has been a veritable economic tool responsibl­e for the increment in trade between Nigeria and South africa.

Through the Chamber activities, many South african firms have indicated interest in joint partnershi­p with Nigerian firms and other forms of economic co-operations with several business establishm­ents in Nigeria. They participat­e actively in Nigerian business environmen­t.
