Riel Homes expands frontiers with new scheme for land buyers

RIEL Homes, a frontline real estate company headquartered in Lagos, has expanded operations to Ibadan with a new product named The Brook which is a luxury land property situated in Alalubosa GRA, Ibadan.

At the company’s realtors’ conference in the ancient city, Kolade Adepoju, the company’s CEO, noted that The Brook is going to be one of the best real estate developments in Ibadan, with incredible initiatives that had not been developed in the city before now.

“I did not come to the real estate industry to be average; expect great things to come out of me,” Adepoju told his audience, assuring that The Brook is just a small piece compared to his ambitious plans for the real estate industry in Ibadan.

Adepoju noted that when a brand arrives at a new location, it uses all strategies to ensure that it gains visibility. He queried: “Does Riel Homes belong to the category of companies that make grand promises and do nothing? Or does this real estate company truly possess something exceptional?”

The CEO commended the developments that the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde has achieved in the city, stating that it gives room for innovations in the state.

Toye Ogundoyin, the Deputy Speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly, congratulated Kolade for the successful expansion of his company into Ibadan. He noted that it comes as no surprise to witness investors flocking to Oyo State.

He said that the state’s expanding population and growing urbanization have fueled a heightened demand for properties within its borders. He commended efforts of the Governor Makinde administration for playing a vital role in the ongoing transformation of the real estate sector in Oyo which, he said, and encourages innovations from private companies .

According to him, Riel Homes’ presence in Ibadan is a beacon of greater transformation that is being powered by innovation, collaboration and responsible management. He expressed confidence in Riel Homes, noting the remarkable goals the company aims to accomplish in Ibadan.
