Façade. Form. Function

Frankforth Height II, a development in Ikoyi with strong architectural merit.

In this seven floor mid-rise block in Ikoyi, the floors are statically rotated a few degrees off each other. The result is a striking façade that compels the passer-by to stop and figure out exactly what the building is. Office building? Museum? No. This is an apartment block of 5 bedroom units with reception, parking and gym.

The drama of the façade is accentuated when one stands at the foot of the building and looks up. Then one will see a statement of modern art, a dramatic sculpture of sorts
