OYO STATE GOVERNMENT CREATES NEW GRAs SELLS LAND ONLINE

The Oyo State Government has created new Government Reserved Areas in different locations in Ibadan with others in Oyo Town, Ogbomosho, Saki and Iseyin Igboora (see List). Plots of land in these exclusive estates are available for sale to the public online.

· Lamidi Onaolapo Adesina GRA, Agbirigidi, Ibadan-Oyo Expressway, Ibadan (Coming in 2023).

· Otunba Christopher Adebayo AlaoAkala GRA, Monatan, Ibadan (Coming in 2023).

· Senator Isiaka Abiola Ajumobi GRA, Sogunro, Ibadan-Oyo Expressway, Ibadan (Coming in 2023)

Price of the Land

The price for the plots of land to be released in 2023 have not been released. The plots available which are in the Senator Rashidi Ladoja GRA- Lagos Ibadan Expressway are priced at N15million/plot for the 1,0001400sqmplots, while the 1,400-1800sqm have a N17.5million price tag Interested buyers can apply to buy online at online www. lands.oyostate.gov.ng. There are total of 30 plots available at the Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja GRA on first come first serve basis .
