Conoil approves 4m
The Board of Conoil Plc has recommend to the 44th AGM the payment of a dividend of 400 kobo per share. The dividend warrant will be posted October 6th 2014 to members whose names appear in the Registrar of members at the close of business on August 28th 2014. Closure Date is between 26th August 2014 to 29th August 2014 both days inclusive.

Airline Services in its result for second quarter ended June 2014 recorded a turnover of N1.62b as against N1.75b profit before tax of N22.78m as agianst N69.57m and an after tax of same.

Japaul Group in its results for the period ended June 2014 with a turnover N6.45b as against N6.78b, profit before tax of N345.44m as against N420.35m and an after tax of same.
