Scrabble: MSPL 2022 season kicks off in Lagos

The Mindgames Scrabble Premier League (MSPL) 2022 season has taken off on Saturday with 12 rounds of games at the Lagos Country Club.

Virtuoso, BSP Rangers, Aries, Encore Flamingos, FPC Titans, High Flyers, Matadors, and Southern Crowns.

Division B campaigners D’Warriors has shown their optimism of putting up a strong showing when they took their strategies to a higher level with the unveiling of the team jerseysthe first by a club in the division.

The first jersey, a blue, has a sky blue shade designed with a scrabble board printed on it while the bright-green one bore a set of tiles imprint on it.

Meanwhile, one of D’Warriors players Anthony Idorenyin has confirmed the positive influence the jerseys would have on their game as they head into Week One.

“Our jerseys’ main colours of lemon green and navy blue are very lively and active which speak to the composition of the team with different backgrounds and locations.”
