Amosun, Obas lay wreaths

Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun led top military officers and traditional rulers to lay wreath at the 2014 Armed Forces Remembrance Day celebration in Abeokuta.

The governor, at the occasion, reiterated his administration’s commitment to ensure welfare of ex-service men and women in the state. The governor was the first to lay the wreath at the status of the fallen heroes at the Arcade ground followed by the service chiefs, chairman of the Ogun State chapter of the Nigerian Legion and chairman of the state council of Obas, the Awujale of Ijebuland, who was represented by the Dagburewe of Idowa, Oba Michael Adekoya.
