Briefs Jang swears in new commissioners

Governor Jonah Jang of Plateau State has sworn in Alhaji Abubakar Abdullahi Dashe as Commissioner for Transport and Mr Laurenzo Yakubu Gotau as Commissioner for Sports. Addressing top government officials at the event, the governor said: “I congratulate the two appointees for being found worthy of this higher responsibility. However, to whom much is given, much is expected. These appointees are coming at a critical point where time is of the essence and service delivery, the ultimate. We are not unmindful of the fact that we have entered the last lap of the administration which means everyone on board must step up”.
