The former Ajax Coach couldn’t have wished for a better start at his new club, from the 7-0 opening win over LA Galaxy to the victory over Liverpool in Miami. He returns home with the Chevrolet Cup, International Champions Cup and, most importantly, an unbeaten record in pre-season matches, the Red Devils’ fans globally are shouting “bring on the season”.

- Drogba returns to Chelsea: With the news that Didier Drogba has returned to West London on a one-year deal, Chelsea fans and neutrals alike would be glad at the prospect of seeing the club legend revisit his former club in the forthcoming season.

Drogba left in 2012 for Chinese club, Shanghai Shenhua after eight great years at Stamford Bridge. He then moved to Galatasaray in 2013 for a year and a half.
